1. Information we collect

Information you provide. When you place an order we collect the name, shipping address, email address, phone number (if provided), and any order notes you enter, together with the contents and total of your order.

Information collected automatically. We store a cookie recording that you accepted the entry agreement, and a minimal anonymous session identifier. Our servers keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and troubleshooting.

Payment information. Payments are made by Interac e-Transfer through your own bank. We do not collect or store credit-card or bank-account numbers; we only see the information your bank includes with a received transfer (such as the sender name and the order number in the memo).

2. How we use your information

• To process, verify payment for, fulfil, and ship your order.
• To send transactional messages about your order (confirmation, payment received, shipping and tracking).
• To respond to support requests you send us.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and errors, and to keep records required for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.

We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell your personal information.

3. Consent

By providing your information and placing an order, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described here. You may withdraw consent (see “Your rights” below), subject to legal or contractual limits — for example, we must retain order records to meet tax obligations.

4. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary for the Site to function: a cookie that records your acceptance of the entry agreement so you are not asked repeatedly, and a session identifier. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block cookies in your browser, but the Site may not function correctly without the entry cookie.

5. Service providers and disclosure

We share personal information only as needed with service providers that help us operate, and only for that purpose:

• Email delivery(Resend) — to send transactional order emails.
• Shipping(Canada Post) — to deliver your order and provide tracking.
• Hosting(our server provider) — to host the Site and store order data.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our Terms, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.

6. Data retention

We retain order and contact information for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet business, accounting, tax, and legal requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

7. Security

Traffic to the Site is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to order data is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Data location

Your information is stored on servers located in Sweden (Stockholm County) and may be processed by the service providers listed above. Where data is handled outside your province or Canada, it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is held.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or withdraw your consent to further use. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

10. Children

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of majority, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
